Sweet Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

 Ingredients 

1 tbsp. olive oil

5 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 

Juice of half a lemon

4 tbsp. brown sugar

4 tbsp. honey

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. black pepper


Instructions

1. Combine worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, honey, salt and pepper. Place salmon filets in a large ziploc bag and pour mixture over salmon. Let marinate in refrigerator for one hour. 

2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear salmon filets on both sides for 2 minutes. Place on baking sheet and place in 400° oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush salmon liberally with Whitt's Sweet Brown Sugar BBQ sauce. Return to oven for 5 minutes. 

3. Serve hot from oven
